The 'i am' Project is here for those navigating their individual paths, whatever phase or stage. It is for those passionate about self-discovery, curious about navigating ideas + fears, committed to doing the inner work and ready to level up!
This journey will always be a solo ride but no one should face it alone, these group sessions are created to connect like minds in a safe non-judgemental online space to enhance the growth, learning, break throughs of blocks + limiting beliefs, connecting dots and riding the waves together.
Over 8 weeks we will explore a different topic + layer of our 'SELF' with thought provoking insights, ideas and tasks to self-inquire in your every day life. Developing your own tools + techniques, covering topics such as...
