IN YOUR OWN SPACE AT YOUR OWN PACE
You will need a minimum of 1.5 hrs, notebook + pen, time to yourself and a comfy space. Please do this workshop with friends or family too.
Introduction - what to expect
7 mins - Why a personal mantra as a tool?
10 mins - Opening guided meditation to tune into the present moment and your own truth
First half activity
24 mins - Understanding our lower emotions and thoughts vs. finding resolution + solution
30 mins - Making note of the affirming words we developed - choose your own.
Second half activity
32 mins - Tuning into what the meaning of acceptance is to us right now
40 mins - Making sense of what adaptation means to us right now as well as society and the planet
50 mins - What other people experienced
58 mins - Designing your personal mantra
DESIGN YOUR PERSONAL MANTRA
The workshop gives you the tools to create your own personal mantra using words that resonate with you and you can set your intention around how you accept + adapt through this time which will help you feel connected and grounded. There are examples of other mantras like these for you to be inspired. But also trust your own instinct. You are more than welcome to create your own for your phone for laptop, if you would like me to design this with you. Please get in touch here.
Making sense is very important right now in amongst uncertain times. So we are beyond happy to be able to create resources for anyone to do in their own space at their own pace so please do share this with anyone you feel needs it.
